Night before the weigh in! *last chance work out*

Just got off the treadmill. I ran and walked. Mostly ran. I did 8/1's (3 sets so 24 mins running at 5.5) and the balance walking brisk at 3.5 and a cool down.

I then got on the weight machine, and did my upper and one set of quads. Then I cooled down.

My fingers are crossed for tomorrow! See you then!
