Monday, the 5th of Jan

Today, I was on track with my eating, and my water intake. Easier just to record at sparkpeople.com so that is what I am committing to.

This evening when Cliff got home, I was already in my running attire. I got out for a 10.62 km straight run. (no walk breaks or water breaks too cold) ...in the slush. My feet feel like prunes. But it felt good to run. I ran 1 hour 13 27 seconds. Not very fast, long slow run at average pace of 6:55 kph.

Tomorrow is my marathon clinic night, and I am not sure what distance. I would think 10 km again.

Until tomorrow.
PS. I did my 100 crunches, 25 push ups, and 50 squats. Catie, Caroline and Courtney did them with me. So cute to see my girls following my activties!

Care to share a few meal plans/tips on how you get out of the house for over and hour? DO you run AM/PM?? I'd LOVE to hear more about you're daily routine re;weightloss!! You're SO gonna do this! And I hope to too!!

Hi Christina,

Thank you so much for your comments! It is so nice to have you here.

I am very scheduled (with room for change) I plan my workouts like a doctors appointment. AND I have a husband that is VERY supportive of what I require. I take time out for myself, because I need it to be able to care for the whole family. Life can be very stressful at times.

As for meals, a lot of salads! Easy to put together. Tonight, I had soup on the stove, some hotdogs *yick* for the kids. So, I preplanned. I ran in the evening (with lights a flashing!)

Well, as you have probably read I lost almost 90 pounds and gained 10 back. So, I fell off the wagon, and now I am back on track.

I use sparkpeople to chart and plug in EVERYTHING I eat in the day, I drink a lot of water, and I try to exercise for an hour daily. Sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't.

As for food, read YOU: On a Diet or go to www.realage.com and there is an abundance of great ideas/meal planner on there etc.

Basically I am all about calories in vs. calories out. I find when I work out more, I naturally eat better. And I crave stuff like hard boiled eggs (and chocolate :D)

I eat chocolate *dark chocolate* in moderation every night. I need to savour something yummy!

You can do it too! Happy New Year!
