I have found myself

I have found myself, and losing 10 more pounds will not change that. Therefore, I am considering this blog closed! I feel great at this weight, and therefore I don't need to go that route right now. That is not to say I won't be doing more in the future. Just not right now. I need all of the calories I can get with my training. My body is resisting the weightloss. I find that frustrating.

I thank you all for your comments, and cheers and support over the last months!

I wish you all the best as you continue on in your own adventures. I will keep checking in once in awhile with mini updates. But for now, I am happy that I found Cathy!

I am currently working on other ventures!

Cathy

WHAT? Giving up so easily??? It's like you never even tried!
JUST KIDDING CUZ!!! I think it's great that you are happy with what you are at, still working on other goals (your marathon training) and what? more ventures currently being worked on? (I'm excited to hear and/or read!)
Again, way to go. I am proud of you. xo Andrea

wow that last 10 lb try didn't last too long. do you think maybe that you gave it up a little prematurely? on the other hand i don't know how tall you are so 149 at 6ft is definitely different from if you are 5'2" or 5'6". in the end you just need to be healthy & happy :)

Dear Anon..

I have actually tried to lose the last 10 since June! Bu have decided my body is happy here! No more obsessing on a perfect number!

I am full of muscle, so scale weight etc. doesn't matter!!

Priorities!

sorry i didn't realize that you had tried for a few months...i just saw the earlier entry from last week (i think) where you mentioned a month challenge for losing 10lbs. you look beautiful and definitely don't look like you need to lose weight...besides you are right priorites are important & it is to easy to get obsessed with the "right" number at least i know i struggle with that...I have learned from experience that children really do grow up in the blink of an eye...it really isn't just an old saying! good luck on your 1/2 marathon :)

Cathy you already know what I think. You go girl! You look fantastic, you feel fantastic, you're healthy and you're fit. Numbers mean NOTHING. :)

I hope you won't find this superficial of me ... I'm just curious. If you would rather not answer, I'm certainly fine with that. But was wondering how tall you were ... I'm 5'7 1/2" - too short for long pants and too tall for regular. Very frustrating!!

My weight is a little more than you and I'm wanting to lose that 10pounds so badly. My eating habits don't help. I've found your blog to be a great motivator.

You look fantastic and I'm sure you feel like a million bucks! So worth it!! Awesome job!
