42 minute 7 km run
25 push ups
100 crunches
50 squats
stretch

Oh...I forgot to add in my last comment that 1)you look amazing and keep up all the running. You are soooo doing amazing!!! Also....I don't think you need to lose any more weight ;)
And....I you WILL get to your weight goals. You just may reach the half goal before it....but you will get there, I have no doubt.
