Canada Day and I worked out!

Finally another workout done

5 km run
100 crunches
25 push ups
50 squats

The challenge was officially over, but I am going to keep going. Feels good.

I am doing OK, just laying low. Eating too much you know. Peanut Buster Parfait today...well, it is Canada Day OK!

Good for you! Keeping the exercise in your life right now will give you a sense of routine and a break from everything else you are experiencing right now.

The treats are well deserved and needed - take time for yourself and keep your chin up.
