I got to go out for a 35 minute run with my hubby tonight! It was wonderful. We did 2/1's. For you non runners out there we did 2 minutes running and 1 minute walking to recover. We did 6 sets, we walked down a huge set of stairs, and then up a big long hill! We walked and ran some more and then finished with a walk and stretching! We are getting in our last chance workouts lol!
Weigh in day is approaching on Tuesday morning!

Ted calls it his "last chance workout" too... hilarious! Too bad Biggest Loser isn't on Monday nights... we could watch it while working out and get all inspired! ;)
You guys are AWESOME! In my head I'm imagining you both wearing grey sweats (a la Rocky, of course!) and dominating those stairs and punching the air at the top while the camera spins around you for dramatic effect.
*Okay, overactive imagination moment over.*

(But it must be nice to be doing that together...I used to run with Trevor and he wore these teenie blue shorts and I would run behind him and giggle...oh sorry, went out on a tangent there! Plus Trevor might kill me, LOL!!!!)
